Your first conversation with us is for free and without obligation. We come to you, visit your warehouse and/or production and ask a lot of questions in order to get a clear picture of your situation. Together we define the scope of a possible project.
After this meeting you will receive a fixed price offer including a detailed description of the situation targets, scope, approach and deliverables of the project. We explain which kind of different data, information and resources we would need and propose the team, timeline and budget. And of course we name a couple of references.
We calculate our fees bottom up according to the effort of the dedicated specialists of our team. In projects where it is appropriate we are willing to be measured on our results and to arrange variable payment parts. Costs for travelling and expenses can be either included into the fixed price or billed at costs.
